HISTORY OF SPETSNAZ SYSTEMA
Systema is a Russian martial art. Systema is a generic term such as kung fu, in Chinese. Russian martial arts are developed in ancient times, having the Russians to defend their lands from many aggressors throughout history.
With communism, it becomes forbidden, like other traditions.
Later, understanding the effectiveness, the systema is resumed, and used for some special forces of the army, for example, the spetsnaz.
Nowadays, although not yet well known, are spread around the world some schools of this martial art.
TECHNIQUE OF SPETSNAZ SYSTEMA
Systema includes hand-to-hand combat, grappling, knife fighting, and firearms training.
It is designed to be highly adaptive and practical. In Systema, the body has to be free of tensions, filled with endurance, flexibility, effortless movement, and explosive potential. The psychological state has to be calm, free of anger, irritation, fear and pride.
As the krav maga, Systema is a complete method of defense and offense. That includes every form of combat possible, and circumstance.
The training includes many different situations, to deal with the same basic rules.
