TECHNIQUE OF BAJIQUAN
The continuous circular motion is the characteristic of this elegant martial art. So much to do resemble forms to the dance. And to give balance and stability with practice.
The abundant use of strokes with the palms of your hands, is another feature. The footwork is very elusive, and effective way to confuse a stronger opponent. The movements are fluid, sometimes slow, sometimes lightning. Few shots, but effective, given with force. Linear trajectories.
Weapons: The Bagua bare hands is often associated with the use of classic kung fu weapons. The spear is the main weapon of the style.
