Tobikomi Zuki is an advanced arm punch technique of Wado ryu that derives from sword thrusts. In striking, the whole body leans forward as if it were a spear that is penetrating the opponent.
The push energy is produced by the opening of the rear hip in the forward movement towards the opponent. It can be considered an alternative Jab to Kizami Zuki.
